I arrived at 1230 pm, even with my room available I was not allowed 🚫 to check-in. I was instructed to go to the outdoor restaurant and sit down wait. 130 pm during the rain storm, my bags and myself were soaked, once again I was told I could not check in until 2pm.
Once checked in, there was no room Wi-Fi. You either had to go to the outside restaurant or front lobby for Wi-Fi access.
Staff was always friendly
Booking the room was a challenge from their own website.
The only good thing in this resort is the room I got. It's not worth the price you pay.
Food? Chicken Sandwich daw but all you get is two slices of bread with mayo. Plus the serving is unimaginable, the calderate was not even a scoop-full and it was all bones. When you ask for a little more they'll tell you its not allowed.
Service? Staff were grumpy not even polite enough to even greet good morning to the guests.
Don't expect to get what you "ordered".
Pinasosyal lang ang menu pero when you actually get the food. Matatawa kana lang. Kbye.
This used to be our go to place whenever we felt like unwinding or to celebrate something. If we book a room, we keep to a minimum, like direct family lang jud. If day use, it will not go below 30 pax. Anyhow, "used to" is the keyword. The last visit we had on August 28 really left a bad taste on our mouth. Di mansad me kawalan but I felt sayang because we have been very appreciative of the resort. Here's what happened:
I booked a day use for 30 pax. Knowing that each cottage will only cater 20 pax, I booked 2 cottages. They asked me for DP which is 50% of the cottages' cost. Upon arrival, we went ahead with writing down the names of our guests and what we brought in since they have corkages. Before we left, I asked the receptionist whether we can just choose any cottage and informed her that we booked two. Down came the placing of the food that we brought. Since we had 2 cottages, we decided to move the table from cottage A to B so we have enough room for the food. That's when one of the employees (manong) came and told us straight that "pabayran raba ng lamesa maam kay inyo ng gigamit!" Not the verbatim but we didn't like his tone. He's acusing us when he could have just told us in a way nga dili me ma offend. He radio'd the receptionist but the receptionist herself denied that we booked for two. By the way we are the only day use guest that day. It was raining cats and dogs. But yes, to avoid any further commotion, since we felt insulted man, I went back to the reception. The receptionist herself told me that Maam tag 550 man among cottage which I replied, yes! It's 550 which I paid the amount since the DP you're asking from me is only 550. If you could have asked me 100% then I would have paid you 1100. The manager (I think) then said, it's okay maam, gamita lang ninyo wala mansad laing guest. It angered me more. Mura man noon ug kami pa ang nagaan ug favor when in truth, that cottage is ours to take for the day. Told them that, we will really take it since we booked it! The receptionist apologized, the manager and the manong didnt! We were thinking that maybe they've judged us based on the tranpo we took or maybe we dont deserve their hospitality because we looked poor?! Nevertheless, it was not a good experience. The place that we used to admire became a nightmare. It might not be too big of a deal for others, but for us who have been going back again and again on that place, it's insulting. NEVER AGAIN COCO PALM!
I go to my aunt's room to unwind after she has already checked in, but we have to pay an additional 250 pesos because I went there even though we had already signed in. This is really annoying.
The beach is inaccessible to swimming, only the pool is (good for kids). Spacious enough for team building sessions. There are rooms for overnight stays and air-conditioned rooms for special events. The in-house food however needs better attention (6/10). Ample parking space for motorcycles and cars.
Was only there for the day hut the grounds were clean. Only complaint is access to sea is quite far9
Overall loved my experience in this place. Affordable, clean, and great rooms! We had problems in getting our breakfast though. There are only few people during our stay that's why we had all access of the pools without having to worry …
Friendly staff. Relaxing view and good food.
Entrance fee for Children - 100
Entrance fee for Adult - 200 …
I would recommend this place to spend time with your family and friends. Great location.
I love spending family time and celebrating kids’ birthday here because it feels safe for the children. They have a pool slide and playground for them to enjoy. If you’re not a fan of pools, then head to their beach. And if you’re feeling …
